  • Initial Walk Through

    • Review drawings and inspirational images

    • Review budget and timeline

  • Draft Agreement

    • Consider scope, budget and timeline

    • Get to know other team members

    • Present Agreement to Client(s)

    • Revise Agreement as needed

    • Client(s) sign the Agreement

  • Programming

    • Site survey for measurement and architectural details

    • Discuss potential design ideas

    • Review bid with Client(s)

  • Schematic Design

    • Source inspirational images, preliminary materials and finishes

    • Design meeting(s) with Client(s) and team member(s)

  • Design Development

    • Develop color scheme, materials selection, furniture and floor plan options

    • Develop preliminary budget schedule

    • Draft custom and or architectural details

    • Select Finish materials

      • Visit showroom with Client(s)

      • Review selected materials on site

    • Select Furnishing materials

      • Visit showroom with Client(s)

      • Review furniture images, fabrics, material samples with Client(s)

    • Design meeting(s) with Client(s) and team member(s)

  • Project Management

    • Weekly site visit (as needed) with Client(s) and team member(s) to review outstanding items

    • Assist Client(s) to order and approve finish selections

    • Coordinate delivery and installations on items out of Contractor’s scope

    • Update on RCP(s), Elevation(s) and Detail Plan(s) as needed

    • Update Paint, Finish, Plumbing, Lighting and Furnishing Schedule(s) as needed

  • Furniture Procurement

    • Meetings via phone or e-mail to coordinate trade vendor(s)

    • Issue furnishing quote to Client(s) for approval and payment

    • Review order(s), issue payment(s) to start order, monitor delivery and installation date

    • Accessories and artworks selection (as needed)

  • Final Review
