The Problem

The client was not happy with the newly developed Architectural Plans. The plans have a blur vision of functionality and efficiency. The use of natural lights in the home's basement area is not ideal. To give a better flow of the space, we came in and reconfigured a new layout. We situate rooms that need the natural lights the most and developed a new space layout to maximize the use of spaces.
