• Sense the space for appropriate furniture and accessories placement

• Picture document of the space

CONTRACT ON DESIGN

• Draft Staging Agreement (Consider room size, distance and period of staging)

• Review and sign agreement

PREPARE FOR STAGING

• Select Furniture and accessories

• Coordinates move-in date

DAY(S) OF STAGING

• Our team arrive at the property

• Set up the furniture and accessories (1-2days depends on the project size)

• Photograph the space as needed

AFTER LEASE

• Coordinate move-out date

• Patch holes in the walls (from hanging artworks)

• Move out all furniture and accessories from space
